Construction of the back-yard and parking lot of the new administrative building of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2020 by "Asiya LTD" LLC. The area was repaired by our professional staff using high-quality construction materials. As indicated in the project, the wastewater and rainwater of the administrative building were removed from the area and connected to the appropriate wells. The edges of the parking lot were paved with concrete curbstones and covered with asphalt-concrete surface. The back-yard area was fenced, decorated with decorative trees, and provided with light poles and electricity. It was fully delivered according to the project.

The National Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan project is a project with a total area of 10,330 sq. m., consisting of 7 blocks and one administrative building on Heydar Aliyev Avenue. Groundwater drainage, foundation excavation and concrete preparation were entrusted on 04.02.2022 to "Asiya LTD" LLC, which has extensive related experience. Groundwater in the area was removed by our professional staff during the excavation. The works in the field were done with the help of special techniques, compacted 95% with small-cut stones, shaped with 15-25 size cobbles, and handed over to concrete. The surrounding filling of the building was filled with 15-25 size cobbles.

"Asiya LTD" LLC participated in the implementation of drinking water supply and sewerage system reconstruction projects in the regions of Azerbajan in accordance with the State Program of Social and Economic Development of the Regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Reconstruction of the water supply and sewerage systems of the city of Khizi was completed in 2019 as part of the "Water supply and sewerage project in small cities" jointly funded by the Government of Azerbaijan and the Japan International Cooperation Agency. As part of the project, which started in 2012, water intake facilities with a productivity of 430 cubic meters per day at the Kars headwaters, and 40 cubic meters per day at the Yeddibulag headwaters were built, and 8.4 km of main water line was built. The city's demand for drinking water will be fully covered by the newly created Dahardibi and Shafa headwaters with a total capacity of 1084 cubic meters. Main water pipelines with a total length of 9.6 km were laid from these headwaters to settlements. The construction of 2 water reservoirs with a total capacity of 1000 cubic meters has been completed in the city of Khizi in order to provide consumers with uninterrupted and high-quality drinking water. Drinking water and sewage networks have been built in the settlement. Each house is being connected to the completed network, and meters/counters are being installed. Within the framework of the project, final completion works have been carried out in the construction of a modern administrative building for the Khizı Sukanal Administration.
